California Privacy & Consumer Disclosure

Effective date: 11/8/2025

This California Privacy & Consumer Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how American Grill Supply (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1) Scope

This Disclosure applies to California residents who visit our website, contact us, or purchase our products. It supplements our main Privacy Policy and governs where the CCPA/CPRA applies.

2) Categories of Personal Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address, IP address, device identifiers.

  • Commercial Information: products viewed or purchased, order details, payment method (tokenized by processor), customer service history.

  • Internet / Network Activity: pages viewed, clicks, time on page, referral URLs, cookie/pixel data, diagnostic logs.

  • Geolocation Data: general location derived from IP (city/region/country).

  • Inferences: preferences or likely interests based on site activity (non-sensitive).

  • Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): limited to what’s necessary for transactions (e.g., last four digits of card via payment processor), fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

We do not collect protected class characteristics or precise geolocation in normal operations, and we do not collect professional/employment data in normal consumer transactions.

3) Sources of Personal Information

  • Direct interactions: checkout, account actions, customer support.

  • Automatic collection: cookies, pixels, analytics, log files.

  • Third parties / service providers: payment processors, shipping carriers, anti-fraud, analytics/advertising platforms.

4) Purposes for Use

We use personal information to:

  • Process and fulfill orders (including shipping, payments, returns).

  • Provide customer support and service communications.

  • Improve our site, products, logistics, and security.

  • Perform analytics, measure performance, and (where allowed) personalize marketing.

  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or misuse.

  • Comply with legal and tax obligations.

5) Disclosures, “Sales,” and “Sharing”

We do not exchange personal information for money. Under CPRA, allowing advertising/analytics partners to collect identifiers and online activity may be deemed a “sale” or “sharing.” You can opt out (see Your Rights below).

Typical disclosures to service providers: payment processing, order management, shipping, IT/hosting, analytics, customer support tools, and security/fraud vendors—used under contracts that restrict further use.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information about consumers under 16.

6) Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above.

  • Orders/transactions: generally retained up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

  • Cookies/analytics: retained per tool settings and business need; see our Cookie settings for details.

7) Your California Rights

Subject to exceptions, California residents can:

  • Right to Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected.

  • Right to Access a copy of personal information (portable format where feasible).

  • Right to Delete personal information we hold, with legal exceptions.

  • Right to Correct inaccurate personal information.

9) Cookies, Tracking, and Advertising

We use cookies/pixels for core functionality, performance, analytics, fraud prevention, and (where allowed) advertising. You can adjust preferences via our cookie banner or your browser settings. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
