Return & Refund Policy

At American Grill Supply, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns and refunds work.


1) Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email support@americangrillsupply.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Delivery date
  • Reason for return

2) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original packaging, including the box and pallet (if applicable)
  • In resalable condition
  • Accompanied by a valid order number

Returns may be denied if these conditions are not met.


3) Returns Accepted

We accept returns for both:

  • Defective products
  • Non-defective products (subject to the conditions in this policy)

4) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the item is defective or arrives damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost

For small parcel returns, you may be asked to securely pack the item and drop it off at the specified carrier.

Freight returns may require a scheduled pickup.


5) Restocking Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.

This fee also applies if:

  • An order is cancelled after it has shipped
  • A shipment is refused after dispatch
  • Incorrect shipping details cause the order to be returned

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.


6) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, installed, or modified products
  • Products not in resalable condition
  • Products not returned in original packaging (including pallet if applicable)
  • Accessories and replacement parts (such as trim kits, filters, griddles, propane kits, and similar items)

7) Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Email support@americangrillsupply.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

For freight deliveries:

  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos
  • Refuse delivery if the damage is severe

8) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, you may return the eligible product and place a new order.


9) Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for processing
