This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we ship, how shipping is calculated, processing timelines, freight delivery requirements, and what to do if an order arrives damaged or incomplete.
1) Shipping Areas
Free shipping applies only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
We do not ship to:

Alaska, Hawaii

Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands

U.S. Virgin Islands

U.S. Minor Outlying Islands
2) Free Shipping

Orders over $199 qualify for free curbside shipping within the contiguous United States.

Any applicable shipping costs (if any) are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
3) Shipping Methods
Shipping method depends on product size, weight, and destination:

Small and standard items: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

Large or heavy items: LTL Freight (curbside delivery)
Carrier selection is determined by shipping requirements to support safe and efficient delivery.
4) Order Cut-Off Time & Processing
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:00 PM (local warehouse time) are typically processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
5) Order Processing & Handling Time
Orders are fulfilled from U.S.-based warehouses operated by our authorized suppliers and logistics partners.

All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers receive order confirmation and shipping updates by email once processing and shipment begin.
American Grill Supply manages customer support, order coordination, and post-delivery assistance for all orders.
6) Estimated Delivery Transit Time
Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination:

Estimated shipping transit time: 7–16 business days after shipment

Estimated total delivery time (processing + shipping): 10–21 business days from the date of purchase
Extended timelines may apply for oversized freight shipments requiring scheduling and appointment-based delivery.
7) Freight Shipping (Curbside Delivery)
Many products are oversized or heavy and require freight shipping.
Freight delivery is curbside only:

Drivers are not required to move items inside a home, garage, or backyard

Customers must arrange assistance to move heavy or bulky items

The freight carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment

It is the customer’s responsibility to respond to carrier communications to avoid delays
8) In-Home Delivery Exception (Select Items Only)
At this time, in-home delivery is available only for select products when explicitly stated on the product page. If it is not stated on the product page, delivery should be assumed to be curbside.
9) Remote or Limited-Access Locations
Free shipping applies to standard, accessible delivery locations.
If an address requires special handling (remote areas, limited-access locations, or non-standard delivery conditions), we may contact you before processing the order with available options. You may:

approve the additional cost, or
-
cancel the order for a full refund.
10) Delivery Inspection (Required)
Please inspect your shipment at the time of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.

Verify the number of boxes/items

Inspect packaging for visible damage
If damage is visible:

Major damage: Refuse delivery and mark “DAMAGED”

Minor damage: Accept delivery and mark “DAMAGED” on the receipt

11) Post-Delivery Inspection
After delivery, unpack and inspect items promptly.
Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
12) Missing Items
If items are missing:

Mark “MISSING” on the delivery receipt before signing

Notify the carrier

Contact us within 5 business days
If the carrier cannot locate the missing items, we will work with the supplier/carrier on a resolution, which may include replacements at no additional cost when eligible.
13) Damaged Items (Reported Within 5 Business Days)
If damage or defects are reported within 5 business days of delivery:

We may offer replacement parts, a partial refund, or a replacement/refund (based on the situation)

Items must not be used
-
Original packaging must be retained

Damage reported after 5 business days may not be eligible for free replacements or refunds
14) Manufacturing Residue
Some products may arrive with light residue from manufacturing or testing. This is not considered shipping damage and does not qualify for replacement or refund.
15) Stolen Packages (Parcel Shipments)
Once a parcel shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim. We will assist where possible based on available carrier documentation.
