Tagwood BBQ warrants that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and proper care for five (5) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and is valid only with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice). Labor, installation, removal, and freight costs are not covered. Misuse, abuse, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, normal wear, and cosmetic damage are excluded. Shipping and Delivery

Most orders ship from the manufacturer or partner warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping method depends on size and weight. Small items ship by USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Oversized items ship by freight with curbside delivery.

Shipping speed varies by destination and carrier scheduling. We show any applicable shipping charges at checkout before payment.

Freight Delivery (Curbside)

Many Tagwood BBQ grills ship via LTL freight due to size and weight. Freight delivery is curbside only. The driver is not required to move the shipment inside a home, garage, or backyard.

Freight carriers may contact you to schedule delivery. Please respond promptly to avoid delays. Plan ahead and arrange help to move heavy or bulky items after delivery.

Shipping Areas and Restrictions

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territories.

Free shipping applies only to standard, accessible delivery locations within the contiguous United States. If a location requires special handling or has limited access, we will contact you with options before processing the order.

Returns and Order Changes

All returns require approval before sending anything back. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Used or installed items are not eligible for return.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
